These terms apply when you order from irispetals.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may decline an order (and refund it in full) if a product becomes unavailable, details are incomplete, or we suspect misuse.
Prices
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT where it applies. Delivery fees, if any, are shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already paid.
Photos and products
Every bouquet is handmade, so yours may differ slightly from the photos in size, shade and arrangement. Our substitution policy explains what happens when a flower is out of season.
Delivery
We deliver within the area and time slot you choose, as described in our delivery page. Time slots are estimates.
Responsibility
Our responsibility for any order is limited to its value. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as road closures or severe weather.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Cairo courts are competent for any dispute.
