What we collect
Your name, phone, email and order details, the recipient's name, phone and address, and the card message. Payment is handled by OPay; we never receive your card number.
Why
To make and deliver your order, keep you updated, answer your questions, and, only if you ask, remind you of dates you saved.
Who sees it
Our team, the courier delivering your order (only the delivery details), and OPay for the payment. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
Analytics
We may use tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand visits and improve the site. See our cookie policy.
How long
We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounting, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Ask us anytime to see, correct or delete your data at the email on our contact page, and we'll reply within 14 days.
