Paying online

All orders are paid online through OPay, a licensed payment company in Egypt. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard or your OPay wallet.

Is it safe?

You enter your card on OPay's own secure page, never on our site, and we never see or store your card number. Some banks ask for a one-time code (3-D Secure) to confirm.

When is my order confirmed?

As soon as OPay confirms the payment. You'll get a confirmation email and our studio starts on your bouquet.

Payment didn't go through?

Nothing is charged for a failed attempt. Open your order page from the email or the link on screen and tap "Pay now" to try again, or message us on WhatsApp.
