Delivery & areas

Areas

Cairo, Giza, New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October, Maadi, Heliopolis, Nasr City and nearby districts. The full list, with any fee, appears at checkout before you pay.

Same day

Pay before 6 pm and we can deliver today in the time slot you choose. On busy days (Valentine's, Mother's Day, Eid) today's slots can fill up earlier.

Another day

Pick any date up to two months ahead. Time slots are a range, and our couriers aim to arrive inside it.

Nobody home?

The courier calls the recipient first. If we can't reach them, we call you to agree on another time, a neighbour or the building's reception. Re-delivery on a different day may have a small fee, which we tell you about before we go.

Surprise without an address

Leave just the recipient's phone number and we will arrange the address with them without saying who it's from. If they don't answer within a day, we let you know.

Check the details

Please double-check phone numbers and the address. Delays caused by wrong details aren't on us, but we will always help sort them out.
