Cancel or change an order

Changes
You can change the card message, address or time slot up to 3 hours before your slot starts. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Cancelling
Cancel 24 hours or more before delivery for a full refund. Closer than that, the flowers may already be prepared, so we can offer store credit or move the order to another day instead.
Same-day orders
Once a same-day bouquet is made, it can't be cancelled, but we are always happy to change the address or time if we can.
