When a flower is out of season

Flowers follow the seasons. If one of the stems in your bouquet isn't available on the day, our florist replaces it with one of the same colour and style and equal or higher value. The look and feel stay the same.

If the change is noticeable, we tell you before the bouquet leaves, and the photo we send lets you see it first. Vases, wraps and ribbons may also vary slightly with stock.
